$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE with Two (2) Year Commitment

Boca Raton Regional Hospital is expanding our already robust Cardiac Program. We recently built a NEW integrated lab (think Hybrid with built in EP lab) and are looking for experienced Cath and EP Lab Registered Nurses and Cardiovascular Technologists.

Unit Description:
Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology Lab has two cardiac rooms, one EP room, a new Hybrid room and 9 beds in holding. The labs have approximately 25-35 procedures per day including TAVR, structural heart and complex ablations.

CVT Position Summary:
The Cardiovascular Technologist (CY-Tech) is responsible for serving as support staff during all Cardiovascular procedures with an emphasis on scrubbing, recording and image development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of Cath or EP Lab experience required AND
• Associate’s degree (A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• OR one year Cath/EP experience
• RCIS or RT certificate preferred
• Must meet minimum experience requirement and work full time hours to be eligible for $5,000 signing bonus.

• Incumbent may be required to perform emergency duty hours before, during and or beyond normal work hours in the event of an emergency situation, crisis or disaster (man-made or natural) including evacuation sites.

• The person in this position will work in a smoke-free location, and is expected to adhere to all smoking restrictions.

• In the spirit of wellness for both our employees and patients, Boca Raton Regional Hospital has instituted a mandatory influenza prevention vaccination program. Current employees must receive the influenza prevention vaccination free of charge during the recognized flu season.
