Job postings: Employers provide company name, job details, location, and contact information associated with their account.
Payment information: Job posting fees are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Contact form: When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message.
Usage data: We collect standard server log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL to maintain security and improve performance.
Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember preferences. Cloudflare may also set cookies for security and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

- Stripe — payment processing for job posting fees
- Cloudflare — DNS, security, and performance services
- Kinsta — managed WordPress hosting provider

4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never passes through our servers.

CathLab.com is intended for adults seeking or posting professional employment opportunities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will revise the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of CathLab.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
