These Terms of Service govern your use of CathLab.com and the services provided through this website. By accessing or using CathLab.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About the Platform
CathLab.com is an online job board dedicated to the interventional cardiology and cardiac catheterization community. We connect job seekers with employers in the cath lab field. We do not act as a staffing agency, recruiter, or placement service, and we are not a party to any employment relationship between job seekers and employers.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to post jobs or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update it as necessary.
3. Employer Terms
Employers may post job listings for positions in the cath lab and interventional cardiology field. Each job listing is active for 90 days from the date of posting. Job listings must be for genuine, currently open positions. CathLab.com reserves the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise violates these terms.
Payment of the applicable posting fee is required to publish a listing. All fees are listed at the time of checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize CathLab.com to charge the applicable fee.
4. Job Seeker Terms
Job seekers may create free accounts and browse all listings on CathLab.com. You agree not to submit false applications, misrepresent your qualifications, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate job searching.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use CathLab.com to:
- Post false, fraudulent, or misleading job listings
- Harvest contact information for unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without written permission
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
6. Payments and Refunds
All job posting fees are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of CathLab.com. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@cathlab.com within 7 days of the charge.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on CathLab.com, including the design, code, text, and graphics, is the property of CathLab.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Content you submit (job listings, profile information) remains yours, but you grant CathLab.com a license to display and distribute it as part of the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CathLab.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any job listing or candidate profile. CathLab.com does not verify the credentials of employers or job seekers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CathLab.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment, revenue, or data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CathLab.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
