Cath Lab Technologist I

The Cardiac Cath Technologist through the use of specific high-technology equipment and at the discretion of a qualified physician preforms procedures on patients leading to the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.  

Job Requirements:  

 a. Minimum Education Requirement : Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement : 1-2 years in Diagnostic Radiology preferred.

c. Minimum License Requirement : Registered by the A.R.R.T., R.T.(R)(CV) is preferred. Must possess BLS and ACLS certification within probationary period. WV Medical Imaging License required.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:    

Medium Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs with a maximum lifting of 50 lbs.
