**Job Title:** Clinical Nurse II A – Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse

**Job Type:** Full Time

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II A to join our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team. The ideal candidate will provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, including assessment and education.

– Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac status before, during, and after procedures.

– Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.

– Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.

– Maintain sterile technique and ensure a safe, clean environment in the cath lab.

– Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies.

– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

– Respond promptly to emergencies and provide advanced cardiac life support as needed.

**Qualifications:**

– Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

– Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in cardiac or critical care settings.

– Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

– Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and catheterization procedures.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
