Join Our Cardiology Team at Munson Medical Center
Munson Medical Center is proud to provide comprehensive cardiology care to patients across Northern Michigan, serving more than 7,000 patients annually. Our dedicated team works in close collaboration with a highly skilled cardiology physician group to deliver exceptional care.
Program Highlights:
- Full-service cardiology program offering structural heart procedures, electrophysiology (EP) ablations, and lead extractions
- 4 state-of-the-art Cath Labs supporting peripheral and structural heart procedures
- 2 advanced EP labs
- 24-bed recovery area operating from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Pre-op and recovery services for outpatients, averaging 20 cases per day, with 90% discharged same day
• Lead the team where people do their best, and engage with a care team to address
efficiencies
• Promote and maintain patient-centered outcomes that are culturally sensitive and
inclusive.
• Direct and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to regulations and
clinical guidelines.
• Empower nurses to be accountable for patient outcomes, providing leadership in
setting nursing practice standards.
• Establish a culture of safety and report liability risks
What’s Required
BSN
MHA, MBA or MSN completed in 5 years
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
