Structural Heart Service Team Lead, FT (12) Cath Lab

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Cath lab, this position serves as the coordinator of the specialty services program and as the lead person in coordinating all aspects of the program including coordinating with structural heart office for scheduling of procedures, confirming availability or purchasing new and replacement accessories for specific procedures, providing and/or arranging training and continuing education. This individual can be relied upon to provide expert guidance, suggestions, and recommendations to the team during the procedure.
1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.
2. Broad and extensive Structural Heart experience (at least two years) in an acute care setting with demonstrated expertise in patient care management is required. 3. National certification is preferred.
4. The ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and health care personnel, ability to direct and evaluate nursing personnel, and ability to effectively steward resources related to the specialty area is required.
5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
Pay Range $54.95 – $79.68
