Job Description
Located in Southern California, Eisenhower Health is a not-for-profit hospital seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab & a Registered Nurse (RN) – Electro Physiology Lab.
*10K Sign-On Bonus Offered For Both Positions
Job Objective:
Provides leadership for the administration, direction and ongoing development of the Case Management department. Is responsible for ensuring that appropriate utilization of resources is accomplished through efforts that are cost effective, safe, clinically appropriate, and enhance quality of care. Promotes and facilitates appropriate admission status, and facilitates movement through the healthcare continuum by implementing processes that ensure timely and proactive care coordination and discharge planning. Integrates department services with other departments and medical staff initiatives.
RN Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab & Registered Nurse (RN) – Electro Physiology Lab must meet the following qualifications:
Education
- Required: BSN or MSN or enrollment in an RN-BSN or RN-MSN program within 1 year of hire and completion within 5 years of hire if hired after July 1, 2012
Licensure/Certification
- Required: California RN licensure; American Heart Association BLS and American Heart Association ACLS.
- Preferred: Certified in specialty practice area
Experience
- Preferred: Experience in the area of specialty or in area of higher acuity or participation in internship program/course
Specialty Requirements:
- Prior EP Lab or Cath Lab experience is preferred, but critical care experience or even a step down unit is reasonable with training
- Both the Cath Lab and EP Lab are highly skilled, close knit teams.
- EP Lab has weekends and holidays off
- 12 hour shifts in a non-inpatient environment.
- Cath Lab has weekends and holidays off with the exception of the call team.

*10k sign-on bonus offered for full-time RN positions in all areas. Part-time RN positions will receive a prorated sign-on bonus. First installment of the bonus pays out with the first paycheck, and then the remaining installment pays out at one year of service. Employees must be either part-time or full-time when the second bonus is paid out. Valid for external new hires only. Some restrictions apply.
