Job Summary: The Cardiac Catheterization Lab Manager is responsible for the overall management of the activities of the Cardiac Cath, EP, and Special Procedures Lab under the direction of the Director of Imaging Services.
Minimum Requirements: Graduate from an approved School of Nursing and registered with the State Board of Nursing, or a graduate of a School of Radiology Science, registered with ARRT or Society of Cardiovascular Technology, Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience. Cath Lab experience preferred. Possesses exemplary communication skills, and have the ability to remain calm, effective and accurate in a stressful situation, demonstrating tact, discretion, and diplomacy. Must have significant experience in managing and executing a sizable revenue budget.
