Provide management and nursing oversight for the Invasive Cardiology and Electrophysiology Department along with nursing oversight of the Cardiac Rehab Department; adhering to nursing policies and procedures for the organization.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for daily operations, ensuring that quality patient care is delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Will also conduct all activities relating to the hiring, orienting and assessment of newly hired Invasive Cardiology and Electrophysiology Services Staff and Cardiac Rehab Nursing staff, in conjunction with the Nursing staff development program as well as participate in departmental QC and performance improvement activities.
* BSN required; MSN or Master’s preferred
* Current Pennsylvania RN license
* 5 years critical care or invasive cardiology bedside experience
* CPR & ACLS certification * RCIS and RCES attained within 1 year of hire
* Management or charge RN experience in an Invasive Cardiology or Electrophysiology environment preferred
