As a Cath Lab/IR Specials Procedures Technologist at Banner Estrella Medical Center, there are exciting opportunities to be a part of the health care transformation. We are known as an innovative leader in new health care models and are on the cutting edge of medical advances.

Scrubbing and monitoring cases with Interventional Cardiologists and Interventional Radiologists during cases such as left and right heart catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, loop recorders, STEMIs, Impella, Leadless Pacemakers, Cardiomems procedures vascular line placement, implanted vascular access devices,  complex angiography (peripheral angios, UFE’s, EKOS,  TIPS, etc.).  You will be joining a highly functioning team in a Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology shared lab with four angio suites.

Seeking a highly efficient and experienced candidate to be immediately engaged with our team.

Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:30am-5:00pm

On call- 12 shifts per month; nights, weekends and holidays

***Requires 1 year of SPT experience; 2 year commitment

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Requires national certification American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by state regulatory agency if applicable. Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty required if applicable within 18 months of hire (and/or equivalent clinical experience for Cath Lab only). BLS certification.

This position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with 2 years of experience. Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, analyze data and solve problems.
